1. Service operator

Loe.me is published and operated by LOECSEN, share capital 8 000 €, 19 rue des Trois Bornes, 75011 Paris, France, 451 853 162 R.C.S. Paris, SIRET 451 853 162 00043, VAT FR18451853162. Contact: contact@loecsen.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using Loe.me, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

3. Service description

Loe.me turns a learning intention into a path of missions (rituals). Pedagogical content is generated or assembled automatically (language models, catalogs, media APIs). It may contain approximations, omissions, or errors. The service is a learning companion and is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

4. Eligibility and age

The service is intended for persons with legal capacity and, primarily, aged 16 and over. See the Minors Policy (/legal/minors). By using the service, you represent that you meet these conditions or have the required parental authorisation.

5. Access and soft-launch

We may restrict path generation to approved email addresses (access list) for capacity, security, or quality reasons. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, with reasonable notice when practicable.

6. Account and local mode

You may use a local browser identifier and/or an authenticated account (magic link). You are responsible for securing your mailbox and preserving local data. Device-to-account merge may attach local rituals to the authenticated identity.

7. Free and Pro plans, pricing, cancellation

The Free plan covers the core learning experience. Loe Pro unlocks premium features as shown on /pricing. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right (EU/EEA consumers) may no longer apply once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of that right, where the law so allows. Mandatory rights of your country of residence remain applicable.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal purposes; harass; solicit or generate sexual content involving minors; request instructions to harm others; mass-extract data; bypass safety controls (safety, audience_safety, privacy); or abuse APIs or quotas. We may block an intent, account, or technical access.

9. Intellectual property

The Loe.me brand, interface, learning objects, and distinctive elements belong to LOECSEN or its licensors. Content generated for your path is licensed for personal use within the service. See also /legal/content.

10. Third-party content and services

Some steps may embed YouTube, museum or Wikimedia works, text-to-speech, or generated images. You must respect the relevant provider terms. We do not control third-party sites linked from the service.

11. Warranties and availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, subject to mandatory legal warranties (including consumer rights). We do not warrant error-free generation, uninterrupted availability, or any particular learning outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LOECSEN’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for Loe Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50) if no payment was made. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or where the law forbids such limitation.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LOECSEN against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service, cancel Pro via the Stripe portal, and request erasure via Account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the platform or third parties.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your habitual residence, the courts of Paris, France have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause deprives you of more favourable mandatory protections under your local law (EU, Brazil, Australia, or otherwise).
