Minors policy

1. Minimum age

Loe.me is primarily intended for persons aged sixteen (16) and over. Persons aged thirteen (13) to fifteen (15) may use the service only with the agreement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Regional frameworks

• European Union / EEA: digital consent age reference of 16 (Member States may lower to 13–16 — we apply 16 as the product rule).
• United States (COPPA): we do not knowingly target children under 13; we do not intentionally collect personal information from them.
• Brazil (LGPD / Child and Adolescent Statute): processing of minors’ data with specific consent of at least one parent or legal guardian when required; the service is not designed for children.
• Australia: we take reasonable steps not to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental authorisation.

3. No child advertising

We do not run child-targeted advertising. When PostHog analytics is active after consent, it is used to improve the product — not to profile minors for advertising.

4. Product safety measures

• audience_safety gate: all_ages / adult_only / blocked — unsuitable intents refused or kept adult-only.
• Safety moderation and dead-end for noise or dangerous intents.
• Soft-launch access may be limited to approved emails.

5. Parents, guardians and reporting

A parent or guardian may request erasure of a minor’s data or report content via contact@loecsen.com or dpo@loecsen.com. We will handle the request promptly after reasonable verification.
