Content rights and licences
1. Language-model-generated content
Texts, plans, and exercise payloads generated for your ritual are licensed by LOECSEN for personal, non-exclusive use within Loe.me. You must not redistribute them as a competing standalone product, nor present LOECSEN as guaranteeing absolute accuracy.
2. AI-generated images
Generated images (Replicate / Flux or equivalent): licence for use within the path. No warranty of originality, non-resemblance to pre-existing works or persons, or exclusive worldwide rights.
3. Museums and Wikimedia
Some visual-art steps display works via museum APIs or Wikimedia. Licences (public domain, Creative Commons, etc.) depend on the source. Attribute when required. LOECSEN does not claim ownership of those works.
4. YouTube
Video objects rely on the YouTube Data API and/or embedded playback. Use must follow YouTube terms: viewing in the authorised player, no redistribution outside the allowed framework, no mass downloading.
5. Text-to-speech (Voicemaker)
Synthesized audio: use inside the application for learning. Any redistribution outside the service is subject to Voicemaker terms.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in the intent, notes, and contributions you provide. You grant LOECSEN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, generate paths, and improve the service (including via collective non-identifying pattern caches). Erasure is described in the Privacy Policy.
